Choose your property to join its backup buyer queue with a $499 deposit. A property may have multiple backup buyers. Priority follows the time each successful payment is received.

If the current sale falls through, we will contact the next eligible backup buyer in payment order and send the sales agreement to review and sign. Paying a backup deposit does not guarantee that you will become the buyer.

If the property sells to another buyer, we will refund your $499 immediately. You may also cancel your backup position at any time and receive an immediate refund.
